This must be a place where a broken heart can mend
This must be a place where an outcast finds a friend
There must come a point where shame meets grace
And this must be the place
(Steve Amerson and Cary Shmidt)
That is not to say that you’re unwelcome if you don’t have a broken heart or you aren’t an outcast…!
You are so welcome in love, loved, unloved, joy-filled, empty, alone or with a life full of friends and family.
It’s not to say either that it’s going to be all about problems and blues around here. NOT. AT. ALL.
But true confessions… I’ve been the broken hearted and the lonely. I’ve also been the mended hearted and the loved. I’ve even been them all at the same time.
This Blog – Let This Be A Place…
So those lines? I want them to be a reality. I want this to be a place where you feel comfortable, encouraged, inspired and blessed. Where together we will see more and more of what it means to live in His love and grace instead of shame.
There’s room for everybody and a place especially saved for you and your friends.
